Order online
All orders are subject to availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if the products ordered are not available. If a product ordered is not in stock and the Customer chooses to cancel the order, a refund will be issued no later than 14 calendar days after the Customer is notified of the decision. If the Customer does not wish to cancel the order, the product will be shipped as soon as it is available again.
SAS Parle Moi de Parfum reserves the right to change at any time and without notice the selection of items offered on the Site and their price. In the event of a price change, the applicable price will be the one in effect on the day of the order.
Prices
The prices are indicated in Euros, including all taxes and do not include the expenses of delivery, charged in supplement of the ordered products. However, the delivery costs are free for any order of an amount higher than 20€ TTC made in France, and are free for any order made in the rest of the world higher than 190€ TTC of purchases of products Parle Moi de Parfum made in one time (after application of discount, rebate or any reduction whatsoever, and excluding shipping costs). For any order of less or equal to 20€ TTC to France, it will be charged 5€ TTC of shipping fees. For any order of less than 190€ TTC to a foreign country, it will be charged 10€ TTC for deliveries in Europe and 20€ TTC for deliveries outside Europe.
Order errors
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you notice that the shipping information (address, postal code, country, phone number or email address) contained in this email is not correct, or that the product ordered is not the right one, you must notify us at the email address within 12 hours after your order. After this period, it will not be possible to modify your order and SAS Parle Moi de Parfum can not be held responsible for any incident of delivery. If a first parcel could not be delivered because of erroneous delivery information, then a new parcel can be sent to you again at your expense, once we have received your first parcel back to sender.
Our products are neither exchangeable nor refundable, no refund of order is possible.
Delivery
We commit ourselves to send your order within one calendar week (Saturday and Sunday included) by Colissimo or any other shipping service, after effective reception of your order materialized by the sending of an e-mail of confirmation of order including a number of order as well as a summary of the bought products. If we commit ourselves to fast shipping times, it is not possible for us to commit ourselves to precise delivery times, those being dependent on the processing time of the carriers according to their workload as well as the processing time of the customs of each country.
In addition, SAS Parle Moi de Parfum declines all responsibility for customs duties that may be applied by the customs of the destination country of the order. SAS Parle Moi de Parfum can neither identify the rules of each country, nor be held responsible for any change in these rules by the customs of the destination country of the order.

Receipt of the order and product return
Upon receipt of the order, you are required to verify the presence of all the products indicated in your order confirmation email, as well as the good condition of the package received. If one of these two incidents occurs, you are required to make a reservation on the delivery slip presented by the shipping service. Our products are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
As our products are not cellophaned, it is not possible for us to control if the product has been used or not by its recipient.
